1/2 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
a little bit over 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
sprinkle of pumpkin spice
splash of liquid sweetener

[blueberry popsicles]
1 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp coconut sugar

[vegan ranch dip]
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup almond milk
sprinkle garlic powder
sprinkle onion salt
tsp chopped parsley

[chickpeas]
450 degrees F for 30-40 mins

A: No. Although I eat a vegan diet, not all products I use are vegan but the majority are cruelty-free. Therefore I am plant-based with a vegan diet.
