2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinammon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
drop of caramel extract
1/4 c of pecans/3 tbsp almond butter

Pumpkin spice granola:
2c oats
1 tsp cinammon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp coconut sugar
handful of pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c pumpkin
2 tbsp maple

Pumpkin pie:
Crust:
2c oats
1c dates
2-4 tbsp almond butter
1/4 c almond milk

Filling:
1/2 c almond milk
2 tbsp arrow root flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinammon
2 heaping cup canned pumpkin
1/4+2tbsp maple syrup
