When is a coffee maker more than a coffee maker? When adding rich aromatics can sweep you away to exotic locales or through time to your favorite seasons of the year. Then, it’s so much more.

CARDAMOM COFFEE:
4 Tbsp / 4 Ninja Small Scoops ground coffee
4 cardamom pods, smashed
2 whole anise pods
STEPS:
Smash the cardamom pods using the back of a knife or mortar and pestle.
Add the ground coffee, smashed cardamom, and whole anise pods to the brew basket.
Select the XL Travel size and press Classic Brew.

VANILLA BEAN & GINGER:
10 Tbsp / 5 Ninja Large Scoops ground coffee
1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
2 inches of ginger, peeled and sliced thin
STEPS:
Split the vanilla bean down its center lengthwise. Scrape the seeds out of the pod. Add both the seeds and pod to the brew basket
Peel the ginger, and slice it thin. Add the ginger to the brew basket
Add the ground coffee to the brew basket
Select Full Carafe and press Classic Brew.

CITRUS ZEST COFFEE:
2 Tbsp / 2 Ninja Small Scoops ground coffee
2 strips of orange zest
1 strip of lemon zest
1 strip of lime zest
Orange slice, for garnish (optional)
STEPS:
Place the ground coffee, orange zest, lemon zest, and lime zest into the brew basket.
Select cup size and press Classic Brew. Garnish with a slice of of orange if desired.
