1 tomato
1 ripe avocado
1/2 of a red onion
1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil (or oil of choice)
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
cut and mix!

Cucumber Sandwich-
1 cucumber
dressing of choice
Cheese of choice
Lunch meat of choice
Cut up cucumber & cheese
add dressing, lunch meat, and cheese onto cucumber!

Tomato Fix-
1 tomato
1 teaspoonSalt & Pepper
Cut and season!

Oatmeal banana cookies-
1 cup quick oats
2 ripe bananas
Handful of raisins
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Mash two bananas, add quick oats, raisins, and cinnamon together and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes!
