Ingredients: (makes 3 large cups)

250g mascarpone
1/4 cup of icing sugar
2 eggs
3 teaspoons of coffee diluted in 1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of baileys irish cream
12 lady finger biscuits
grated chocolate
wafers
drinking chocolate
