For 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
-3 cups whole milk
-1 tbsp anise seed
-2 tbsp honey

PROCESS:
1) Combine the milk & anise seeds in a saucepan.
2) Place over a low-medium heat; allow the milk to come to a low simmer.
3) Add honey, and keep it simmering for 5-10 more minutes.
4) Remove saucepan from heat.
5) Pour the warmed milk through a fine mesh strainer to remove the anise seeds.
6) Serve warm
