Ingredients of Bengali Style Beguni Recipe :
1) Sliced Beguni / Brinjal / Eggplant.
2) Turmeric Powder.
3) Besan ( Gram Flour ).
4) Red Chilli Powder.
5) Black Cumin Seeds.
6) Baking Soda.
7) Salt, Sugar and Refined Oil.

Method of Beguner Chop or Beguni Recipe :

Step 1 –
Take 100 gm Besan or Gram Flour in a bowl.

Step 2 –
Add some black cumin seeds, 1 pinch baking soda, half tsp turmeric powder, half tsp red chilli powder, half tsp salt and some sugar. Mix it well.

Step 3 –
Add water and mix it well.

Step 4 –
After making the batter, dip the brinjal or eggplant slices in the batter and fry it in hot oil.
