My friend Choppa helps me with my first ever attempt at cake decorating. It was so fun to make. The black velvet cake is delicious, moist and fluffy. It's a perfect creepy cake for Halloween 🙂

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of cocoa
230g of butter
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
black food colouring (gel is best)
black and white fondant
Buttercream – icing sugar, butter, vanilla
