Welcome back to a new video guys! Here is my first recipe i am sharing with you. I love having bliss balls for on the go snacks and they are a great source of energy and protein which is important when i am training for 5 hours a day!

Let me know if you try the recipes out!

CHOC PEANUT:
– 1 cup pitted dates (soaked)
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 1 cup crushed peanuts
– 2tbsp peanut flour
– 3 tbsp cacao powder
– 2 tbsp LSA meal

ALMOND COCONUT:
– 1 cup pitted dates (soaked)
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 1 cup raw almonds
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/2 cup coconut
– 2tbsp chia seeds
