Watch easy and crunchy Bread Samosa recipe. Samosas are the most loved deep fried snacks in India. But today we are giving it a twist and preparing a Punjabi version of this snack recipe using Bread.
Bread is a great alternative to maida or all purpose flour and it can be quickly prepared at home with easily available ingredients.
INGREDIENTS :
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chillies finely chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste/crushed
1/2 tsp fennel seeds/sauf
1/4 cup boiled green peas
1/4 cup boiled green peas
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder/aamchoor
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
4-5 boiled mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
Some fresh coriander
3 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
2-3 tbsp water
4-6 big slices white bread without corners
Oil for frying
