• Mixed Berries (Strawberries, resberries, blueberries, black nuts)
• Organic Yogurt ( Vanilla one is also good)
• Milled Organic Flaxseed
• A blender
Preparation Method Of Breakfast Healthy Recipes:
First of all take those mixed berries and put them into the blender . After that you need to add the yogurt in the blender the 150 grams of yogurt will be enough for this then add 1 tablespoon of flax seed into the blender and mix them for a minute. After that take it out it is ready for use . You can serve it using a glass and straw on it . The pink clor will attract you a lot. As the smoothie will be very thick so you can also use the spoon instead of straw. The recipes is very low in calories almost 215 calories so you can have it as a snack and this will also help you in loosing weight quickly.
