I love snacks that are both healthy AND yummy! Today, we will make a DIY yummy pudding that is super easy to make and is packed with nutrients! This recipe is also vegan friendly depending on the kind of milk and sugar you use.

Ingredients:
1 Part Chia Seeds(White or black, same nutritional content, white just looks better for pudding)
3 Parts Liquid(Milk/Nut Milk or Juice)
Optional:
Coconut Milk
Raw Sugar or Agave (To sweeten if desired)
Organic Fruit Preserves (To sweeten and flavor if desired)
Fresh Fruit (To accent or sweeten)
