I hate carrots, but is it ok if I like this recipe?

Mother’s day is tomorrow(Depending the time you’re watching this) so if you haven’t got any thing for her then make this recipe! You should have most of the ingredients in your pantry, so start preheating the oven to 350F/180C!

Sorry I forgot to mention pls add 1/2 tsp of baking powder!

Many of you might be wondering why we are using 2 different kinds of fat: oil and butter. That is because oil gives a moist texture to the cupcakes, and butter add the buttery flavor that traditional carrot cake has. Using all butter is fine, but it might be too buttery. If your mom likes healthy food, simply replace the butter with applesauce.
