How to prepare Cauliflower Omelet Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Spicy Omelet

INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower – 1 cup, boiled,
Egg – 2,
Onion – 1 small, finely sliced,
Cilantro – 2 tbsp, chopped,
Mint – 1 tbsp, chopped,
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste,

METHOD:
Mashed the boiled cauliflower roughly.

Put onion, cilantro, mint, black pepper powder and salt into the cauliflower, mix well.

Add eggs into it and give it a nice mix.

Heat the oil into the pan once it hot put the mixture, spread it all over the pan.

Once it done the one side flip it and cook properly the another side.

Take out from the pan and serve.
