Here’s a simple way to turn roast chicken into a special dish: Give it a French twist. Instead of making your standard roast-chicken recipe, why not try this iconic Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic. (Yes, 40 cloves. Really!) The super-short ingredient list will give you an idea of how easy it is to make.
