Basic and Easy to do Chocolate Moist Cupcakes.
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups cake flour
3/4 cups dutch cocoa
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon coffee powder (optional)
Additional notes:
=Coffee can intensify the flavor of chocolate.
=Please check cupcakes frequently since the duration of bake time depends on your oven.
=Use measuring cup in pouring the butter to have an equal amount of butter in the cupcake mold.
