2kg of Baby Potatoes (washed, quartered)
300g of Middle Rasher Bacon (about 6 slices)
6 Boiled Eggs (quartered)
4 Spring Onions (chopped)
2 Cups of Whole Egg Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Onion Salt
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder (or 2 Teaspoons of Fresh Pureed Garlic)
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
