INGREDIENTS
Butter – 450 g.
Sugar – 200 g.
Flour – 4 cups
Egg – 1 piece.
The almonds small cut – 200 g.
Cooking method

Shake up butter with sugar to splendor. To put flour and knead dough. Cover a bowl with dough and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Slightly to flour a working surface. Roll dough 0,5-0,6 cm thick. Grease dough layer slightly beaten-up egg and to sprinkle almonds and, at will, color sugar. Cut on or to use rectangles of 5х2,5 cm molds for cookies.
