I made this Herb Shrimp & ChickenFried Quinoa. It’s a healthy dinner recipe ideal for weightloss. I know we’re all working on that summer body. Some of us ( ME) just started that journey lol !

Herb Shrimp & Chicken Fried Quinoa
What You’ll Need !
* Red & Plain Quinoa
(2 Cups) Serves 4-6
* Chicken Breast
( 2- 4 pieces)
* Shrimps (1 Cup)
* Diced Sweet Bell Peppers (3 – 4 )
* Chopped Red Onions or Green Onions
* Lime
* Hard Boiled Eggs ( 2 – 4 )
* Chopped Fresh Parsley
Spices and Condiments !
* PAM Coconut Oil Spray
* Thyme
* Natural Seasoning
* Garlic Powder (3 Pinches)
* Cumin (2 Pinches)
* Peppercorn
* Knorr Chicken Stock Mix ( 1 tsp)
