Creamy Chicken Pesto Tagliatelle
Today we are going Italiano with this delicious recipe so simple and easy to make. Served with some grated Parmesan cheese on the top its absolutely wonderful.

Ingredients:

100 grams chicken fillet
250 grams boiled tagliatelle
1 1/2 tbsp pesto
1 cup fresh cooking cream
1 minced garlic
2 small fresh mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Pesto Recipe:
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Combine the basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
