Soft vanilla cupcakes hidden with a secret creamy custard center, beneath a layer of sweet whipped cream.
INGREDIENTS;
– 45g of Bread Flour,
– 3 Egg Yolks,
– 2 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract,
– 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil,
– 2 Tablespoons of Milk,
– 45g of Sugar,
– The seeds from 1 Vanilla Bean/Pod (Optional),
– 3 Egg Whites,
– 1 Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar,
– Custard (Recipe on my blog),
– Whipped Cream, Colorful edible sprinkles, and Oreo cookies to decorate and garnish.
