2 tablespoons grated carrot (raw)
2 tablespoons thawed frozen spinach (you can use any raw, fresh, green leafy vegetable, just chop it up finely)
2 tablespoons cheese
Bake at 150 degrees celsius for 25 minutes (if using mini muffin pan).
