Easy Japanese Curry. Japanese Beef and potatoes curry recipe. Beef and Potatoes in Japanese Curry Gravy.

Recipe:
1lbs beef cubed (stew meat)
1 onion chopped.
2 carrots chopped
2 waxy potatoes chopped
5 cremini mushrooms quartered
1/2 package of Japanese Curry (Instant Curry Cubes/Mix).
1 quart chicken broth
Garlic Salt
Ground black pepper.

Saute beef in some olive oil on high heat, with garlic salt and pepper to taste (1/2 teaspoon each). Once brown, add broth and carrots. Cook 30minutes. Add remaining veggies, cooked 20min to 30min more. Add curry gravy cubes (1/2 package first). Stir well to dissolve. Let come to boil and check thickness. Add additional cubes if to thin, remembering that once cooled to eating temperature or room temperature the gravy thickens. Enjoy with rice or ramen/udon noodles. -Enjoy!
