Best Vegan/ Gluten Free Lasagna ever!
Ingredients
1 Pack of Lasagna sheets
For tomato sauce –
200G mushrooms
1 can of black beans
1 can chopped tomatoes
100g tomato puree
1 medium large onion
1 large carrot
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp Vegan bullion
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp agave nectar/syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
For the cheese sauce –
200 g cashew nuts
1 small piece of spring onion
1/2 lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
water
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
small bunch of parsley
