Easy Spinach and Ham Quiche:
Ingredients
– 4 Eggs
– 2 cups Milk
– 3/4 cup Biscuit Baking Mix
– 1/4 cup Butter, softened
– 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
– 1 8 ounce package Spinach leaves
– 1 cup cubed cooked Ham
– 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
– Salt and Pepper to taste
