This mint cocktail uses vanilla ice cream, two kinds of creme de cacao, Baileys, Kahlúa, half and half, and creme de menthe to create a chocolate mint drink worth blending again. I suppose this works as a good cocktail for March, but really there is no season on this great ice cream cocktail.
