Baking with pastry can be a little time-consuming.. but the end result is well worth it! It’s a skill which is brilliant once you’ve cracked it! This homemade fruit custard tart (although we cheated with the custard!) brings amazing colour and fresh zingy fruity flavours to any spread. Whether it’s afternoon tea in the summer or a centre piece dessert… It will get the wow factor!
