Gluten Free Bread Recipe — The BEST you’ll ever taste!!!




Tired of spending $6 or more for an 8-oz loaf of flavorless gluten-free bread? Kim shares her awesome recipe for a tasty bread that won't break your bank or offend your taste buds. Here's what you'll need:

Dry:
1/2 c. rice flour
1/2 c. quinoa flour
1 c. millet flour
1/2 c. tapioca flour
1/3 c. potato starch
1/3 c. + 1/4 c. sorghom flour
1 tbsp xanthum gum
1/4 c. flaxseed meal
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast

Wet:
3 eggs
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 c. coconut oil
1 1/2 c. coconut milk

1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Mix all wet ingredients.
3. Layer all ingredients in your bread machine based on your machine's specifications. Mine recommends wet on bottom, dry on top.
4. Create a small hole in the middle and add the yeast in.
5. Let the bread machine mix for ~10 minutes. Help mix the batter off the sides of the pan. Add warm water as needed to get a consistency of muffin batter.
6. Let the bread rise for 1 hour.
7. Bake the bread for 1 hour.
8. Allow it to cool for 1 hour.
9. Slice and enjoy!
