These recipes are great for those that follow a gluten free/dairy free diet!

INGREDIENTS
For Toast:
Gluten free bread
2 Avocadoes
1 Medium Tomato
For Cashew Cheese Sauce:
1 Cup Raw Cashews
1 ½ Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Cloves of Garlic
½ Onion
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
4 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
1 Red Pepper (play with the amount for your desired color)
For Pasta:
4 Cups of Gluten Free Pasta
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
Ground Beef is optional!
