Baking Time: 425 degrees 12-15 min
Gluten Free Pizza Dough Recipe
2-1/4 cups Gluten Free flour (Recipe flour below) or use bread flour
1 envelop Fleischmann’s Pizza Crust Yeast
1-1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup very warm water (120 to 130 F)
3 Tbs oil
COMBINE 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add water and oil. Mix until well blended; about 1 minute.
ADD gradually enough remaining flour until soft dough ball is formed. Dough will be slightly sticky.
KNEAD on a floured surface adding additional flour if needed, until smooth and elastic: about 4 minutes.
TOP as desired with pizza sauce toppings and vegan cheese.

1 cup white rice flour
1 cup sorghum flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup gram flour (Chickpea flour)
1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
or 3/4 cup of millet flour
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk to make sure flours are evenly distributed. The recipe can be doubled or tripled. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
