How to make Gluten Free Pizza, the easy way!

2 cups Bob Red Mill’s 1:1 GF Baking Flour
(1-3 tbsp flour to bind the dough)
3 tablespoons flax seed ground
1 (1/4-ounce/7.5-g) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 tablespoons maple syrup/pancake syrup (Aunt Jemima Original Syrup)
2 tablespoons butter, melted,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup warm water

Instructions
1. Place the flour, yeast and salt (if using) into a large bowl.
2. Heat a cup of water.
3. Add the maple syrup, melted butter, olive oil and warm water and mix.
4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.
5. Using a whisk, form the dough into a ball. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Set dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
6. While dough is rising, preheat the oven to 450 F.
7. Cover a pizza pan 12″ with parchment paper and place the ball of pizza dough on the paper. Use your hands to spread the dough out until it is in an even layer.
8. Bake Dough in oven at 450 F for 7 minutes.
9.Prep any toppings that you would like your pizza to have.
10. Bake pizza dough with topping for 8 mins.
