You will Need
2oz or 55g of Butter, melted
2oz or 55g of Caster Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa
1 Tablespoon of Malt ( for Coeliacs Use a Gluten Free option such as Maple Syrup or White Sorghum Syrup)
A Pinch of Baking Soda
6oz or170g of Gluten Free Flour
1 Egg
