The kids are back in school now. That means the bake sales are gonna start soon. I’ve got a recipe for you that’s sure to be a sellout success. These baked, layered bar cookies have everything delicious in ’em! Seriously, they put the “goo” in “good.” And they’re so, so easy!

Recipe Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
3/4 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 ounces)
1 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1/2 cup raisins
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (7 ounces)
