“Grilled” Cheese Bar
Sliced avocado, tomatoes, apples
Grilled onion, bell peppers
Pesto
olive tapenade
Pickles
Pickled jalapeno
Sliced cooked bacon, turkey,
Variety of cheeses, such as cheddar, monterey jack, blue cheese
Different breads, such as Texas toast, croissants, focaccia

Be creative and set up various breads, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, meats, and condiments. Your guests can satisfy their cravings making sandwiches to call their own. But the fun has just begun!
Set up an ironing board and pre-heat that old iron so that everyone can “grill” press their own cheese sandwich! Simply place your sandwich between two sheets of parchment or waxed paper, this protects the ironing board and iron from touching the food, and iron away. You may need to turn the sandwich over once or twice. Iron till cheese is warm and melted.
Tip: have breads already toasted and buttered before assembling sandwiches.
