HCLF VEGAN BROWNIES – oil & gluten free simple recipe (without the oil & gluten free taste)

-ingredients-
1 cup buckwheat (or other) flour
1-1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1 cup dairy free milk
1 tbsp flax/chia seeds + 3 tbsp water (I only had whole seeds in the video, but ground works best)
1 tsp vanilla extract

probably best eaten ASAP, as gluten free doesn’t last as long as gluten friendly. store in airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days. if it lasts that long.
