Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you how to make some healthy brownies that are paleo, vegan and gluten free! They are also quick to make and super yummy 🙂

3/4 cups tahini (or nut butter)
1 tbs flax with 3 tbs water (or 1 egg)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

350C for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Caramel Sauce
1/4 cup light coconut milk from a can
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup tahini
1 tablespoon molasses
