You can find several variations of this recipe online but I’ve found that this combination of ingredients work best 🙂
Healthy Chocolate Pudding – Gluten free and vegan:
1/2 or 1 banana
(If you don’t want to use bananas, I’ve also made this with a 1/2 cup of applesauce or 4 pitted dates)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or any type of milk you prefer
1/2 cup of cacao powder or cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave nectar
(you can also use honey for a non-vegan version)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Blend in blender until smooth
– You can chill in the refrigerator before eating but I’m never patient enough to wait 😉
