Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy college meals that are healthy college recipes that every student needs to try. these easy recipes are yummy too! Hope you enjoy 🙂
Coco Berry Bake
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cups chopped walnuts
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg or flax egg (1 tbs flax with 3 tbs water)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
2 tbs coconut oil
1 cups diced strawberries
Bake 400F for 25 mins
Cauliflower Tacos
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 avocado
bake cauliflower for 15 mins at 400F
Crema
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 tbs fresh lime juice
2 tbs cilantro
Rose Pasta
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup red lentil pasta
