Here are the ingredients you will need for our Healthy Egg Salad Recipe:
4 — 6 hard boiled eggs (depending on the size bread)
2 Hoagie buns or 4 slices of bread
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Low Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Spicy or Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Onion, cut into small pieces
1 or 2 Baby Dill Pickles, cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp. fresh finely chopped or dried Dill
1 tsp. Paprika
2 large leaves of lettuce
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
