This cookies and cream cake starts with a simple white cake batter that compliments the crushed Oreos so well!! The Oreo buttercream frosting is the icing on the cake! It’s reminiscent of the cream inside of an Oreo.
I was so tempted to put a chocolate fudge layer in between this cake but I thought that would just be so wrong!
