This is my secret recipe for rocky road. A few little extra additions make a big difference in the flavour. It really is delicious

Ingredients:
350g of good quality milk chocolate (I use cadbury)
1 cup of marshmallows
3/4 cup of peanuts
3/4 cup of good quality turkish delight (from the delicatessen is the best as it’s not covered in chocolate) (if you are American and can’t find it, the “Big Turk” bar is okay too)
1/2 cup of crushed biscuits (I used Arnott’s Scotch Fingers)
1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
