Sunny Side Up Egg
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 large egg
Salt and pepper, to taste

1.Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Melt butter and coat the bottom of the pan. Crack egg into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the white sets, about 1 minute. Serve with toast.
