HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE NUTELLA TART (Gluten Free)

The combination of flavours with the chocolate and the hazelnut base, makes this gorgeous tart taste like one big ferrero rocher. A must try! 🙂

Ingredients:

Base:
150g of hazelnut meal
1 egg yolk
125g of butter (put in freezer for 10 mins before using)
1/3 cup of superfine sugar
1/4 cup of cornflour

Chocolate filling:
3/4 cup of cream
30g butter
150g of dark chocolate
50g of nutella

1/2 – 3/4 cup of Strawberry jam (you could also use Raspberry jam)
strawberries to top
