HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE PAVLOVA (with Nutella & Maltesers)



A chocolate sensation. Lovely and crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.

Ingredients:

4 egg whites (room temperature)
1 cup of super fine sugar
4-5 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vinegar
3 teaspoons of cornflour
Whipping cream
Maltesers
Nutella

Preheat oven to 150c, 300f .. then when ready to bake the pavlova reduce the temperature to 120c, 250f and bake for 45 mins.
