Wendy's French Fries and Frosty

Frosty:
2 cups chocolate milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups ice
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

French Fries:
2 large russet potatoes, cut into ¼-inch fries
2 cups water
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
Corn Oil, for frying

Frosty
1.Blend together chocolate milk, sweetened condensed milk and ice. Fold in the whipped cream and serve.

French Fries
1.Combine water, sugar and corn syrup and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add potatoes to the cooled mixture and soak 2 hours. Remove potatoes to a paper towel lined tray to dry for 20 minutes.
2.Heat oil to 325F and par cook potatoes 5-7 minutes. Remove to paper towel lined sheet tray.
3.Increase oil to 375F and fry potatoes until golden brown and crisp. Remove to paper towel lined sheet tray and season immediately with salt. Dip into Frosty and eat!
