Let’s be honest, this generation’s fidget spinners were MY generation’s yo-yos! And since TODAY is Yo-Yo Day, I decided what’s a better way to celebrate all my YoYos than with a GIANT Yo-Yo… CAKE!? Filled with layers of multi-coloured Vanilla cake, Italian Meringue buttercream and a fondant sticker that says “I (HEART) MY YOYOS” on top, this yo-yo cake is the PERFECT centerpiece for all my retro toy-lovers (and cake-lovers) out there!
