My first attempt at decorating with fondant … be nice!! lol.
Ingredients (makes 10)
1 1/4 cups of plain flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder (I actually used drinking chocolate for this recipe)
60 g butter (room temp)
1 egg
3/4 cup of raw sugar
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 1/2 teaspoons of white vinegar
Blue food colouring
Butter cream
1 cup of butter (softened)
3 cups of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
dash of milk
Decorating items
Vanilla fondant
licorice
orange starburst
black and blue food colouring
