HOW TO MAKE DONUTS: Cinnamon & Glazed

These donuts are so soft and fluffy .. and so easy to make 🙂

Ingredients: (should make about 12 donuts)

10g of yeast (about 2.5 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons of plain flour
2-3 tablespoons of warm water
2 3/4 cups of plain flour (about 400g)
25g of melted butter
1 egg
1 cup of warm milk (about 220 ml)
1/2 cup of caster sugar (about 45g)
1 teaspoon of salt

Cinnamon sugar:

3/4 cup of caster sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Glaze:

1 1/2 cups of icing sugar
milk (add a little at a time)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Fry in vegetable or canola oil at 180 degrees celsius for 2 mins on either side.
