Tools & Equipment:
Cutters: 1 set of rose cutters, a circle cutter, some leaf plunge cutters
Veiner: I used a poppy veiner, but you can use any
Fondant Rolling Pin (or regular rolling pin)
Sharp Knife
Cornflour (or Icing Sugar) to dust the surface
Colour Paste – Wilton Leaf Green
Tylose Powder (this makes the fondant set hard)
Fondant
Apple or fruit tray for drying (not essential)
