Ingredients:
4 cups of plain flour (about 500g)
80g of butter (cold & cubed)
80g of superfine sugar
5 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
250ml of buttermilk (you can use plain milk + 1 tablespoon of vinegar)
milk to brush on top
